Cheese cream and crushed cashew nuts sandwiched between crunchy sablés made by baking dough with Yamato tea kneaded into it. Garnished with a cashew nut representing magatama, a comma-shaped bead used as an accessory in ancient Japan. The oil in the nuts goes well with the cream cheese.
