Gorgeous coffee parfait including an eclectic mix of coffee gelée with Yamato Toki (Japanese angelica root), coffee blancmange, coffee pudding, and cheese cream with a scent of orange liqueur. The topping of moromi (unrefined soy sauce) powder makes a delicious addition. Goes well with freshly brewed coffee!
